as
if it were a hot potato
bruised
skin
scorched
blackened
burning
to touch
up
down
up
down
bouncing
first-hop
in
the grip of hysteria
saddened
maddened
by
despair
rage
caged
bird
sings
no
one hears
no
one cares
no
one fears
for
her life
